Shipping Information

We currently ship worldwide. We have various shipping options from a next day service (UK only) to a standard service. Both services are tracked.

Orders and Returns

Can I Amend My Order After I’ve Placed It?

We are very quick at packing your order up which means we cannot make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on our Returns Policy.

How Do I Return Something To You?

You can return any item (including sale items) to us within 14 days of receiving your original order and we'll complete a refund for you once we receive it back. We need to know the order number that your return is related to, so please make sure that your returns form is filled out and included in your returns parcel.

Please email foreverfabuluxe@gmail.com. Email subject should be: RETURNS - {and your order number}. We will email you a returns label which you will need to print out and attach to the front of your parcel.

Once your parcel is packaged up, you will need to send it to your local post office to deliver to us. Make sure you obtain a Proof of Postage from your Post office and keep it safe until your return has been completed.

As soon as we receive your package, we will inspect the item to make sure that it is in a saleable condition. Once we are satisfied with the condition of your item, we will refund your original payment method (excluding postage) and send you an email to let you know.

The following payment types can be used on our site: PayPal, VISA, VISA Debit, Master Card, Maestro, VISA Electron, Delta and American Express. 

You can also pay for your order in any of the following currencies:

Pound Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, & New Zealand Dollars.
